I will guide you to explore realistic ways to incorporate them into your busy life.
I won’t simply teach you how to do a practice but explain why it works and when you might need it. Most importantly, I will share how to know when you’ll need it!

6x 90-minute live online sessions (with recording for replay option) held weekly.
2x 45-minute live online opening and closing circles (with recording for replay option).
Mindfully spread across 6 weeks allowing space for integration and UK Bank Holidays.
All sessions will be held online via Zoom therefore a happy, high-speed internet connection is recommended!
Weeknights will be our time to learn and explore Self-Connection.
The suggested weekly space for home exploration and reflection will be 90-minutes each week.

My friend, if you don't already know me, I'm Becki, a Libra with my moon in Gemini. I am an over-thinker, a what-if worrier, and a big dreamer!
In the professional realm, I am a body-mindful yoga mentor, specialising in somatic breath and movement to ease stress and anxiety, an author and mental health advocate.
After years of struggling with my mental health, I decided to resign from my career in fashion in 2019. I’ve acquired more certificates than I care to count in the habit of becoming a better version of myself. At some point, I stopped learning and began listening and integrating.
I’m on a mission to make wellness accessible for us ‘normal people’ in a busy modern (and mad) world.
