A home for homebodies
The Big Love Membership
If you’re someone who loves being at home — or needs to be — this might be for you.
The Big Love Membership is a gentle online space for people who want ongoing nervous-system support, slow movement, and grounding practices, without pressure to perform, keep up, or be “on”.
It’s a place to return to.
A home base.
Something steady and familiar in the background of real life.
does this Sound like you?
You feel most like yourself at home — or need home to feel safe and regulated.
You prefer quieter rhythms, familiar spaces, and practices that meet you where you are.
You want to care for your wellbeing gently, without pressure or perfection.
You’re not chasing goals — you’re learning how to feel steadier, calmer, and more at ease in everyday life.
You value connection, but in ways that feel spacious and supportive.
You like knowing community is there, without needing to be constantly visible or “on”.
Why this space exists
I created this membership because so many of us are tired of trying to fix ourselves.
We don’t need more intensity.
We need gentler rhythms, practical tools, and support that meets us where we are — especially on low-energy days.
This membership isn’t about doing more.
It’s about learning how to be with yourself differently.
What’s included:
Live gentle practices
Somatic movement, restorative yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness.
Live sessions are shared in real time, with replays posted in the private WhatsApp group — a helpful perk if you can’t attend live.
Curated on-demand library
A growing collection of professionally recorded, evergreen practices housed in the Resource Hub — designed for grounding, regulation, and low-energy days.
Private community space
A quiet, supportive place to connect — or simply observe — via our members’ WhatsApp group.
Seasonal guest workshops
Some included as part of the membership, others available with a 15% member discount.
Reflective prompts & simple tools
To help you integrate what you’re practising into everyday life.
Seasonal gatherings
Some free or donation-based, others discounted for members.
Accessibility & collective care
We believe wellbeing support should be accessible.
That’s why we offer three ways to join, based on your circumstances.
This is about shared care, not perfection.

about becki
I’m Becki Marie, founder of Big Love Movement. My work blends somatic practices, mindfulness, and emotional education to support nervous-system wellbeing in a way that feels practical, gentle, and human.
Big Love isn’t therapy or a performance-based approach to wellbeing. It’s a supportive space to learn, move, and reconnect — offering consistency without pressure and tools you can return to in everyday life. My approach is shaped by lived experience, professional training, and a belief that wellbeing should be accessible and shared.
A gentle place to land.
Come as you are.
Stay as long as you need.
